I don’t usually write reviews, but these sauces are deserve a mention. The gently add flavor without taking over. The hot sauce is my favorite. The wind one makes the wind pop. And the seafood will make people who aren’t crazy about seafood backslide.
Very flavorful with great bite from ginger and onion and spices. Really has a one of a kind flavor profile, which stands out on its own – and pairs very well with chicken, salmon, goat, and other lean mild protein. We eat it with rice and grilled food all the time, and we love it!
I ordered this hot sauce for my co op of ~50 people and OH MY GOD how quickly it ran out. We have bought many a hot sauce before (all the usuals, Tapatio, Cholula, etc.) but never have I seen a sauce with such a unique flavor (a little sweet, spicy, and best of all, creamy). Absolutely delicious and I will be ordering again.
They’re all sooo good. I recommend these without a doubt, they add that extra level of flavor that really brings the food together. 10/10
