Catering terms & cancellation policy

Prices, availability and fees are confirmed in your quote. Your event is confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received. Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on location, order size, and event requirements. To change your guest count or menu, reply to your confirmation email or call us. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you request your quote.

Cancellation policy

  • 14 or more days before your event: full refund.
  • 7–13 days before your event: 50% of your deposit refunded; other payments refunded in full.
  • 3–6 days before your event: deposit not refunded; 50% of other payments refunded.
  • Less than 3 days before your event: no refund.
